Be it an old-fashioned elopement at their Little Wedding House, an impromptu nuptial with a handful of guests or an elaborate formal affair, the Wedding Ladies handle all ceremonies with grace, dignity and panache.
The Wedding Ladies are unique in that we are Mother/Daughter Justices of the Peace. With there being two of us, we are confident that we can accommodate your special date. You can opt to have both of us - or one of us - officiate at your wedding. The choice is yours.
One of the most wonderful things about the Wedding Ladies is that we understand how nuanced weddings are. Each wedding is unique in its own lovely way and the ceremony – the most integral part of the wedding – should reflect that. Whatever theme your wedding calls for, be it understated elegance, a touch of whimsy and lightheartedness or quietly romantic, be assured that the Wedding Ladies can - AND WILL - tailor the ceremony to reflect the uniqueness of the couple, one that befits the occasion.
The Over the Bridge Where Angels Dwell Project. One of the most distinctive landmarks of Middletown Connecticut is the Arrigoni Bridge. Spanning the Connecticut River, it is the inspiration for the Wedding Ladies’ Over the Bridge Where Angels Dwell Project. It is in the shadows of this bridge that St. Mary School is located. With every wedding that the Wedding Ladies serve as officiants, this small city school benefits. The Wedding Ladies donate a portion of their fee to the school with the express purpose of funding enrichment programs and fostering students’ hopes and dreams for the future. The Wedding Ladies’ hope is for St. Mary School students to grow and thrive and we continue to make this is a reality…one wedding at a time.
